Training begins with Scripture and prayer to align heart and mind. We then move through bodyweight activation, controlled tempo, and functional mobility drills to awaken muscles and prepare the body for purposeful training.

This is the strength-building and conditioning phase—where your body is tested, your will is challenged, and your faith is sharpened. 55 minutes of functional, progressive strength training, you’ll build lean muscle, increase stamina, and develop resilience that carries beyond the gym.


Our progressive programming is strategically layered to challenge the body and discipline the mind. You weren’t made to coast. You were made to stand firm, lift heavy, and endure for the Kingdom of God.

This final 10-minute phase is more than a cooldown—it’s a return to stillness with purpose. At 9941 Fitness, mobility isn’t yoga, and we don’t borrow from other spiritual systems. Instead, this time is grounded in Scripture, led by the Holy Spirit, and rooted in truth. Through intentional static holds, dynamic movement, and prayerful reflection, Prayer & Recovery helps release tension, restore range of motion, and align your body, mind, and spirit as you step back into life.


You won’t be asked to empty your mind or find your center.

You’ll be reminded where your help comes from.
